Advance booking is required. Our SENZIA SPA & WELLNESS staff will help you and schedule your visit, so you can have an amazing experience.

Opening times vary from season to season. The last admission time is 2 hours before closing time. Customers will need to leave the water circuit 30 minutes before closing time.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes beforehand to change clothes and avoid delays.

Changes are free of charge whenever available. There will be no charge for cancellations received at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or non attendance will incur a charge of the full treatment price. Cancellations need to be made at the spa front desk.

These are essential to enjoy the spa circuit. We recommend keeping the voice low and leaving the phone (turned off) in the locker. Good behaviour is expected at the spa.

Most of the products used in our treatments can be purchased at the front desk so you can continue to use these products at home.

Give the gift of tranquility, peace and serenity with our vouchers. They can include any service provided at the spa and are valid for 6 months.
